Most people today spend all there time running here, running there, calling this person, texting that and there mind races all the time...SO when they go to lay down at night there mind is still racing...There are wasy to slow this running mind down...Journaling...It really easy...Get a notebook put it beside the bed and before you lay down to sleep write everything that is going on in your head....what you have to do tomorrow, what you did today, what your worried about...Turn your mind over to the paper. Journaling helps to get things out of your mind so you can relax....Can't figure out something? Start writing about it...Or if your like me blog or keep a computer journal. It helps to just get it out! After a few days of this it becomes a habit and you start to sleep better...This also helps if you are trying to make changes in your life...Heathy changes, exercise, Diet.....Mental changes, loving yorself, getting anger out or hurt feelings and owning your own feelings....So take time out of your day to journal...Clear your mind and the rest take care of itself.
