Well all I got to say is DANG! It has been quite some time that I had been in the gym. I spent 30 min on the treadmill with a 5 minute cool down. I used a 2.5% incline and went between 2.8 and 3.5 during the 30 minutes. It felt really good to walk again....However if I see the guy that came in after me walk in I will be cutting my work out short...Every 5 minutes he farted. I kid you not. He had ear phones on and you could so smell him. It was enough to make we walk faster and then go out of the workout room till he was done on the treadmill. You know he knew what he was doing. It was terrible. I will be watching for him. SO after that drama LOL I hit the weights. I did a full work out with the trainer showing me how to use the machines correctly. They are pretty easy and straight forward. Then I did a circuit by myself and think I did pretty good. I just have to remember the breathing that he taught me. I am sure I will get that all worked out.
The trainer said there is a study out that says you should only work out twice a week...Please tell me what you think.
Work was crazy tonight and I didnt get to eat my dinner. When I got home I popped me some popcorn. Not a good thing at 930 at night but better then a candy bar I am sure.
I used the leg press, leg curl, chest press, pull down, abdominal machine, back extension, seated row machine, shoulder press, & bicep curl. A few of the machines there are 2 or 3 different exercises.
I feel good with my work out and I plan to go back on Wednesday
Now its off to get some rest!
