I went to the gym with my head hung low thinking well it was a holiday and I didnt do too bad with a snack here or there. I stepped up to the scale moved the little levers to my last weigh. Stepped on the scale with my eyes closed took a deep breath and the lever was all the weigh up. TOO MUCH WEIGHT. I adjusted the scale and 2 lbs down! GO ME! With that being said I feel really good about watching what I ate over the hoidays and not going overboard. I am back to counting calories and writting them in my journal along with my work outs.
After the weigh in I did 30 min on the treadmill and then did the circit weights. So I worked out my legs and arms and of course my core.
I measure as well. This is usually how I tell my body is changing. No big changes there but it has only been 2 weeks. Ill blog more about that another time.
I just need to brag on me!
