So day three and all is well…still at where I want to be calorie wise. I made it to the gym this morning. Got on the treadmill this morning and realized I grabbed the wrong ear phones. They are too short. I tried to but the buckle on my sweats and it was to short so i thought Id put it on the treadmill console. I theory that was a good idea till I turned my head. I pod fell onto the treadmill i tried to catch it which was stupid…hello the treadmill doesn't stop. Of course I am the class clown so I have to know figure out how I am going to get my Ipod. So I stop the belt get the ipod…this little old guy is watching me so I do a bow and get back on….he chuckles at me… and now my good work out is stopped…I lost my momentum I got back on but only had 10 min left so I half way did that and decided to get on the bike for 15 minutes and try to get the groove back…well I did it but didn't get that high I usually feel after the treadmill….oh well there is always tomorrow. I did work out my back and arms today. I stayed away from the legs due to craps i had in my calf muscles all night last night. I did eat a banana this morning so hopefully that will help that.
