Well yesterday was measurement day. Now for the record I am not a little girl by any means...age wise or body wise...lol I am not trying to be the next American top model but I do want to be healthy. So that is why I blog...To help keep me accountable. I love the fact that some people read it it and they leave a comment here and there. Some days it is the comments that keep me on this journey with each and every one of you! I am DOWN another 1.5 inches off my body. YEAH ME!
So I have been meaning to share this...I measure my neck, left arm, chest, Abs, hips, left thigh, and my left calf. Why you ask....well I learned several years ago that I tend to loose inches before I loose weight. So this is how I show loss.....even though this time around I have been loosing weight I still find it important for me to see changes in myself and not just numbers on a scale. (tomorrow is weight in)
So I am down 7.25 inches off my body 2 inches off my abs, 1.5 off my chest, 2.75 off my thigh, .75 off my hips, (having to get my belts out for my pants :0) happy dance inserted here) .25 off my calf. One day I will be brave enough to post where I started so these numbers will mean more but for now this helps you get the point :0)
