I have been talking alot lately about catching a moment. I prefer to catch mine with a camera. I like to take that extra second to catch the smile or grin I am looking for or to catch the wings on the bird at it's full extension. My life like most other people's is very busy with work, family, friends just to name a few. When sharing time with the chosen family I enjoy just sitting back sometimes and watching. I know in our group I am a bit talkative (ok alot) but I don't miss much. It is interesting to me to watch the moments unfold. I enjoy all my talks with everyone in the stone soup family. We all share different interest and then there is an interest that we all share thrown in here and there. I love that I can talk cameras and pictures with Carol, turn the corner of the room and talk techno with Darla, turn another corner and talk quilting or cooking with Ginny and well Amanda she hears me all the time....lol. Then we add people to the mix and they seem to fall right into our family. Anita you are missed at the stone soup table and the bringing of your traveling heart and love for peace. There have been several others that have added even more diversity to our group. Thank you for that. Starting next week I am going to start posting a picture of whose at potluck. To put a face to our community. To share our fellowship with each and everyone that stops into stone soup. There is always an open invitation to each and everyone of you. Contact us here or give Carol, Darla, Amanda, or Penny a call and we will let you know the time and the menu. I am thankful for every moment that I get to share with my family at Stone Soup. I feel there is coming a big change in Stone Soup. I look forward to seeing changes and encourage my fellow "family" members to follow there hearts and do what it is telling you to do. I plan too.
Peace and love, P
