As day 13 comes to an end I wanted to take a minute and give the pros and cons. The pros....I have been to the gym at least 4 times which is a goal met :0) I am walking fast on the treadmill and doing more exercise...even walking more at school. I have dropped 3.5 inches off my body :0) Feeling better mentally about me!
Cons:No weight loss :0( this could be due to my period being late. Cons I have been hungry. change sometimes is hard
Really all in all the I am taking one day at a time and I will make this change....1 day at a time!
